I got a reply from support suggesting doing a hard reset (reset button for 10 seconds). Sure enough, when I connect those to the WD Live Hub it recognizes the drives and all the content on them. When I connect to my WDTV Live it just sits there and is never seen. Thanks.
I am assuming that your drive is formatted in either FAT32, NTFS or HFS+. It's like the eject function on the WDTV but for your PC.
