Whenever i try to run it it is installing device driver and after that it says unknown device. Seems after power went down the hdd went to suspended mode. and you know? Wd External Hard Drive Drivers will leave it there for 12 hours.

Or, if you only use XP for certain programs, you could create a Virtual PC and setup XP on it. One thing I know I did before it stopped working was leaving it sitting on top of my laptop over night.
